These are going to be important attributes to getting your team to work together and be successful. A good team leader is going to be able to get the team excited and keep them motivated. And when everyone can work together productively then your project is going to be a complete success.

 Don’t get me wrong here just because you have selected a team leader that you know is a great choice doesn’t mean that there is not going to be any conflicts. A good thing for you to do is before you begin working on the project you are going to need to introduce the team to one another, you want to make sure that everyone becomes familiar with the faces, and they are able to put the names to these faces. This doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone is going to be able to easily work with one another. There are so many things that can cause many conflicts during a project such as stress of the work, conflict of interest and many others. But it’s up to the team leader to make sure that this gets resolved before it escalates into a bigger issue. Because this kind of conflict can really affect the project. The team leader is going to need get this issue resolved quickly before it grows in to a problem that will jeopardize the project.

 There are going to be many different stages throughout any project. And at some stages it is going to require individuals to work on their own and then when the team regroups they will need to tie their work in with each other. But before this happens everyone is going to need to discussed early on.
